Greenstead Road in Ongar was a residential development comprising 85 high-quality homes, delivered across a mix of unit sizes.
Prism were appointed to lead the detailed design phase of the project, producing a fully coordinated package of construction drawings from the approved planning scheme.
In addition to design responsibilities, Prism were engaged as the Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act (BSA). In this capacity, Prism managed and mitigated health and safety risks throughout the pre-construction (design) phase, ensuring that design decisions supported long term safety and compliance in line with the updated legislative framework.
