Staggs Farm was a major residential development set within the Essex countryside. The scheme comprised of 108 timber-framed homes, including a mix of detached and semi-detached houses, alongside two prominent apartment blocks.
Prism’s involvement focused on the delivery of precise, high-quality working drawing packages that ensured smooth coordination from planning through to construction.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the development featured timber frame construction for all units, promoting faster build times, improved thermal efficiency, and a reduced carbon footprint. Homes are also equipped with air source heat pumps (ASHPs) to support low-carbon energy use.
